About me
Alejandro Molano
“With over 18 years of design flair, I've soared as a Design Lead, I swear.”
I have spent the past four years working as Lead Designer at Monkey Media, a Melbourne-based full-service marketing agency, effectively managing and growing a small creative team. This includes hiring, managing workloads and supporting/empowering members of my team.
Previously, I held the roles of Senior Designer and Graphic Designer, working with diverse clients and delivering branding concepts, websites, and marketing materials. I have applied advanced visual design techniques while maintaining on-brand assets and cohesive brand identities for six publications, including Council Magazine, a fast-growing publication in the local governments sector in Australia as well as eight high-profile events and led numerous client projects.
